PRINTERS / 01

Keep labels and
print jobs moving.

A label printer that interrupts a workflow. A poster printer with a setup or output issue. I work on Zebra, Honeywell, Epson poster, and Fujifilm printers, with hands-on troubleshooting, repair, initialization, and configuration.

I work through the equipment, connections, settings, and print output—then check the result with a test print.

CABLING / 02

Build a clean,
traceable cable path.

A new connection starts well before a device is plugged in. I run, dress, label, and terminate Cat5e/Cat6 cabling at patch panels, keystones, and wall plates, and work on jacks and patch connections.

Cable management, connection testing, and closeout documentation are part of making the installation understandable for the next person who works on it.

SERVERS & RACKS / 03

Bring order to
servers and racks.

A server setup needs both the equipment and the space around it to make sense. I handle server setup and server-rack installation, including equipment placement, mounting, cable routing, and connections.

From organizing a rack to initializing equipment, I follow the site requirements and check that the setup is ready for the next stage of work.

TVs & DISPLAYS / 04

Find the fault
behind the screen.

A TV that isn’t working needs more than a guess. I troubleshoot and repair TVs, working through the device, power, signal sources, inputs, and connections to understand the issue.

I also work with A/V equipment and digital signage, checking the display setup and the path from the source to the screen.

ACCESS POINTS / 05

Take Wi-Fi from
mounted to connected.

An access point needs more than a place on the ceiling. I install, initialize, configure, and troubleshoot access points, including the cabling and network connection behind the device.

I work through device setup and connectivity checks so the work order covers both the physical installation and the wireless connection.

COMPUTERS / 06

Get a new computer
ready for work.

A computer rollout is about getting a workstation ready for the person using it. I install and initialize computers, set up Windows, configure software, connect peripherals, and check the device’s network connection.

I also troubleshoot existing workstations and document setup details, testing, and anything that needs follow-up.
